Data collected through the form

Name, phone, email, service, preferred date and time slot, location and message. No health data is requested. This data is used solely to reply to your appointment request.

Transmission by email

Form details are sent by email to Senfy Touch through the Google (Gmail) mailbox of Visibl, the provider in charge of designing and maintaining the website. Visibl does not use this data for any other purpose.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are neither passed on to nor stored by Senfy Touch. Your name, email, phone and the service booked are recorded to manage your booking.
